Amazon launches the food delivery service in India to take upon the Swiggy and Zomato

Amazon has been running its working mechanism with a local company named as Catamaran to launch a new food delivery service all across India. This global company is yet to expect the service rolling out in the month of September this year. Food Delivery System of Amazon will be under the Prime Membership Plan. It talks with the UberEats to take over their food delivery service.

According to the report that has been given by Reuters, this company that has been based in Seattle is working towards the establishment of bringing about the best food delivery service in the country. Even new staffs are being hired for the smooth working mechanism of the company. The company is in collaborative talks with the Uber Eats which is a food delivery app that was established in the year 2017. It is going to add to the list of delivery options and other services that will be listed under the Prime membership plan in the nation.

This tech giant has the motive of believing that it can enable the best services to the consumers alongside the electronics, groceries as well as fashion accessories. In addition to the Prime membership plan, The food delivery service will be able to increase the number of members who are shopping from the website till date leading to more profit percentage for the company. Not only that, but it will also enhance the overall profit percentage of the company. The food delivery service of also valued at $300 million and the acquisition was to be done on Swiggy. Now the current talks are regarding the publication, validation as well as the valuation reports and the acquisition is soon to happen. Amazon is soon to launch the food delivery service later this year and it is going to be a welcoming change.
