The CEO of SVG Media, the digital media company has passed away as reported a day ago. His demise occurred in Delhi on Sunday and he was the CEO of the company from Dentsu Aegis Network. The reason for his sudden death has been listed as cardiac arrest and it has been a sudden unfortunate incident.
Anurag Gupta had been ruling the internet space for a tenure of 15 years and has been handling business for the SVG media which is inclusive of the mobile performance. It was under the names of SVG mobile and SeventyNine. The desktop branding was under the names of DGM and the representations were under Airtel DTH and Outbrain. The entire advertising industry is currently under a state of shock because of the sudden unfortunate news. He has been a man of great potential. Many of the big names of the industry have been remembering him and sending messages over social media- and everyone seems to be with a heavy heart. Ashish Bhasin said that it is indeed unfortunate news and he too is in deep shock. It is well known in the industry that he was a complete workaholic and even then a delightful person by nature. He also had the talent for photography and blogs which will be incredibly missed as well. It is a saddening piece of news to hear that he is no longer in the industry as his talents knew no bounds.
