Best for activities like running, indoor workouts, road biking, swimming, surfing and snowboarding

Casio’s first G-Shock Smartwatch grabs eyeballs as the company has recently unveiled the Casio GSW-H1000, a G-SQUAD PRO smartwatch that runs on Google’s Wear OS. The model is a part of the G-Squad Pro line-up designed for outdoor and sports use.

The smartwatch will be available in three colors- black, blue, and red. It has a titanium case at the back to prevent corrosion and a urethane band for extra flexibility, durability, and comfort. Users can wear the watch and go surfing or snowboarding as it is 200-meter water-resistant and comes with a titanium carbide finish for better abrasion resistance.

GSW-H1000 is said to have various features to attract sportspersons. It also comes with a dual-layer LCD color display. The screen would always be on and will show notifications, senor data, maps, and much more.

Though the Pro Tek line-up from Casio already uses the Wear OS platform, GSW-H1000 is the first from the G-Sport Pro series to feature it. The smartwatch can access Google Play, Google Fit, and Google Assistant. Apart from that, it has a Casio original app that offers 24 indoor workouts and 15 general activities.
