Apple could launch the true wireless earphones AirPods 3 and iPad with a mini-LED display in the first half of 2021, as per a renowned analyst Ming-Chi Kuo at TFI Securities. Kuo suggests that the product cycle of Apple will be focused on the Taiwan-based OEM Career Technology, which will be tech giant’s new supply chain partner. Market analysts are expecting this move will certainly boost Apple dominance in the AirPods and iPad market, where Samsung is making an immense foreway.

According to the report, Kuo claims that there will be mass production of iPads featuring mini-LED displays in 2021’s first quarter, and the launch is likely in March or April itself. The advanced display technology will present all the perks of an OLED display, as the new display will have individual LEDs to dim or light the screen to beautifully produce the image on the iPad screen. However, without the dilemma, the results aren’t as impressive as the OLEDs, but considering the gadget price, you won’t complain much.

In terms of hardware, there is not much information leaked by Apple, the only thing that is expected is an  8.5-inch Liquid Retina display, and it will have the chipset that drives the new series of iPhone 12. The A 14 Bionic chipset will be paired with RAM 4GB. The all-new iPad could have two batteries, along with a USB Type-C port. It may even come with the Apple pencil 2. Now, as the cameras are concerned, reports suggest it will be the same as the iPad Air 4.

The report also added that the new AirPods 3 would be truly wireless means, the ear tips will be interchangeable and come with a shorter stem.
