Apple to unveil 15-inch Macbook in 2023 with M2 and M2 Pro Chip Options

Apple gearing up for its 2023 line-up for its laptops

According to analyst Ming Chi Kuo Apple is reportedly planning to release a new 15-inch Macbook model possibly a new design with M2 & M2 Pro Chip options. The M2 could arrive with a 35 W charger while the M2 Pro will come with a 67W adapter.

The 15-inch version could appeal to the buyers who wants a larger screen.

** Macbook current sizes are 13-inch, 14-inch & 16-inches respectively.

According to Kuo

  • New Macbook is expected to go in mass production in the first half of 2023
  • The device will be ready for sale in the first half of 2023

According to Display analyst, Ross Young from Display Supply Chain Consultants says that Apple is working on a 15-inch Macbook Air which could be slightly bigger than the 13-inch Macbook Air and is expected to launch later this year.

Also, DSCC says that Apple planning a “slightly larger” screen for the entry-level iPad which currently features a 10.2-inch display.

Apple during WWDC 2022 introduced its latest mobile operating system, the IOS 16.
