2019 IPhone photography awards (IPPA) brings two Indian Winners

This has been the 12th annual iPhone photography awards and it is taken mainly to understand the potential of mobile photography. And guess what!- this year award has been secured by two Indians. One of the winners has been named Dimpy Bhalotia, who lives in Maharashtra and has been able to secure the second place in the category of “series”. Another Indian in the name of Sreekumar Krishnan belongs to Karnataka. He has been able to secure the first place in the category of “sunset”. He has been able to grab the award-winning capture with the help of his iPhone 6s.

Talking about the Grand prize winner as well as the photographer of the Year award, both went to Gabriella Cigliano from Italy for her entry known as the big sister. This was the award-winning photograph that has been secured with the help of iPhone x.

It is indeed a proud moment for India that to Indians have won big time on a global platform like the iPhone photography awards 2019. There were several categories and people from all over the world came to participate in the same. It takes a huge potential to win any award in the categories mentioned, and therefore it is indeed a great achievement.

This is a worldwide competition that comprises of numerous ranges of categories and participants can shoot the photographs taken from any iPhone model starting from iPhone SE to iPhone XS. There have been numerous winners from 18 countries and the names are being listed below

Australia, Bahrain, Belarus, Brazil, Canada, China, India, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Peru, Portugal,  Russia, South Africa, Taiwan,  the UK and the US. It is indeed a dream come true for those to photographers that they have secured their names on the winner’s chart when it comes to the Global iPhone photography 2019 awards.
